[Letter] 1777 Sep. 6, Head Quarters [to] Dr. Jonathan Potts / Horatio Gates.

Gates requests that Potts come to see him the next day, along with Major Ebenezer Stevens, Major Measam [sic] and Phillip Ranselaer. The letter was written just before the Battles of Saratoga (Sep.-Oct. 1777) during the American Revolutionary War.
